Hanjura donates ambulances to Chrar-e-Sharief Constituency | KNO

BUDGAM, DECEMBER 10 (KNO) : Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura today donated one ambulance each to Primary Health Centres (PHCs) of Panzan, Dadaompura, Hanjura, Kanir, Pakherporaand Nowporaof Chrar i Sharief constituency in Budgam district out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF). The ambulances were flagged off at a function held here today at Deputy Commissioners Office Budgam which was attended by Deputy Commissioner Budgam, CMO Budgam and besides other officers from the district administration and a large number of locals. The Ambulance purchased at an estimated cost of Rs 4.50 lakh each were donated by the Minister as an initiative to bring better health care to the poor and needy people living in far off remote areas of the constituency. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that it is his great pleasure to spare funds from his CDF for the benefit of the poor and needy patients of the constituency.(KNO)
